Emotions are essential for survival. However, extreme anger reactions can adversely affect your health. Those who live a livetime with anger smoldering in their gut, develop high blood pressure.
When we learn to endure emotions, we learn that emotins come and go (just like clouds).
To bottle things up is unhealthy as well. So you have to find a good mean.
If the reason for your anger is very important, you feel that you are right and you can change the situation a bit, then prove yourself. To assert oneself means to stand above all and not to be lured from the reserve.
To prove yourself, it not only needs a confident body language. Your words must also reflect that your are not easily to impress.
